The Yamada NDP Polypropylene series Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump are perfect for bottling or topping off due to its ability to gently and continuously transfer liquid. Constructed of food-grade polypropylene the highly efficient AODD Pump is capable of transferring highly viscous materials, high alcohol content and high temp materials of up to 180°F (82°C). The pump is also self-priming or can be run dry, and has a variable flow rate but maintains constant efficiency.

Yamada’s patented Air Valve technology which consists of their Truly Non-Lubricated Air Valve and Non-Centering Spring-Assisted Shifter- both of which are individually replaceable/restorable. Together, these eliminate pumpage contamination & maintenance headaches, provide exceptional durability & longevity, and aide in long dead head applications for reliable startup.

The pump requires an external air compressor (not included) with an air supply pressure of 20 to 100 PSI to operate. Pump performance will vary with air pressure and air volume. Consider mid range performance at around 60PSI and 0.6 CFM and maximum performance at around 100PSI and 1.2 CFM.
