Our Round Bottom Mixing Tank is constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with a mirror polished interior (BA/3D) and circle polished exterior. The tank is equipped with a detachable motor and internal mixer, and a wheeled base with locking casters for easy transport.
Each tank comes standard with the following features:

This item is not crated for shipping either when imported to the U.S. or shipped to our customers as the added weight would make them cost prohibitive to ship. Accordingly they may be received with very minor scratches not that dissimilar than they will receive during their normal use, but are guaranteed to arrive in working order.

- Detachable electric motor with top-mount bracket
- Removable hinged two-piece cover
- Full "Total" Drain Port with Tri-Clamp Ball Valve
- Tasting/Sample Port with Valve (included starting February 2024)
- Mixers rotate at approximately 150-200 RPM's, depending on model, (motors operate at approximately 1,650 RPM's)
- Custom configurations for RPM's (Mix vs Blend), blade sizes, locations & count, CPS (Viscosity), available upon request
- Motors:
- 500L - 0.75HP, 110v 60hz 1-Ph, 10A - Intended to mix products up to 4,000 CPS
- 700L & 1000L - 1HP 110v 60hz 1-Ph, 15A - Intended to mix products up to 4,000 and 2,500 CPS, respectively
- 1500L & 2000L - 2HP 220v 60hz 1-Ph, 10A - Intended to mix products up to 2,500 and 1,500 CPS, respectively
