White Wine Mojito
(Single Serving)
  • 4 - 6 oz Dry White Wine
  • 2 oz Sparkling Lemonade
  • 6 Mint Leaves, Rinsed and Blotted Dry
  • 1/4 Lime Wedge
 
Tear the mint leaves several times and put into a rocks glass, add the lime juice and wine. Then, with a spoon, stir and press the mint leaves gently to extract the oils without bruising the leaves. Add lemonade then ice. Garnish glasses with lime wedge.
 
 
(For a Full Batch)
  • 1 Bottle Dry White Wine
  • 10 oz Sparkling Lemonade
  • 30 Mint Leaves, Rinsed and Blotted Dry
  • Juice of 1 Whole Lime
 
Tear the mint leaves into small pieces, muddle and then add to the bottom of a large pitcher. Add the lime juice and wine, stirring with a wooden spoon. Then, with a spoon, stir gently and pour into highball glasses that have been prepped with 2 -3 torn mint leaves in the bottom and half-filled with ice. Garnish with a lime twist.
