- This crusher will process approximately 1-1.5 tons of grapes per hour with its 1.0 HP 120-Volt motor. Its 19 x 34 inch baked enamel (food grade) hopper will hold approx. 80kg.
- This unit is light weight and easy to handle yet large enough for a small commercial winery.
- Depending on Circumstances most crushers will remove about 85% of stems.
