Used as bottling sugar at a rate of 5 oz. or 3/4 cup to 5 gallons of beer.
As a fermenting sugar use per recipe or beer kit instructions. As a fermenting sugar it produces a lighter body compared to adding a second can of malt extract, which of course will make your beer more hoppy.
