Cella Classic Winery Series Wine Kits from RJ Spagnols are red wines which are produced by fermenting grape juice on varietal specific crushed grape skins, seeds and stems. This allows the winemaker to extract deep colour, chewy tannins, tantalizing flavours and complex aromas to produce richly structured wines. THESE SKINS ARE INCLUDED IN THE KIT.
