The Zambelli MP08 is an industrial, top-of-the-line, 60x60 plate filter manufactured entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel intended for the mid-sized winery, cidery, and distillery. The Filter includes 80 food-grade polypropylene or AISI 316 stainless steel plates, providing a filtration surface of 27 m2 with a maximum output of 31,200 liters (8250 gallons) per hour. It features a Manual Hydraulic Closure system, Crossover "Inversion" Plate for double filtration, heavy-duty stainless frame with a backup drip tray, large wheels for sturdy mobility, dual pressure gauges, and 2.5” Tri-Clamp inlet and outlet with Butterfly Valves.
