Semi-Automatic Bottle Rinser with Sparger or Air Dryer Combination

An integrated solution to rinse or sanitize and sparge or dry bottles and jars before fillingThis machine is designed for the internal cleaning and rinsing of bottles or jars by means of water and or a disinfectant/sanitizer product with air nozzles for sparging or drying or to use filtered air for cleaning only. This machine allows you to easily clean bottles before filling them with your product to guarantee product quality. The machine is entirely made of stainless steel.

This semi-automatic machine from Tenco allows you to clean and or sanitize the internal surface of bottles and dry them before filling them. This version of this machine is equipped with a pump and recycle reservoir for rinsing with water only or with a disinfecting/sanitizing product where the solution is pumped into the bottle(s) through the nozzles using pressure after going through the on board filter.

Combination of water or solution for rinsing or sanitizing followed by gas for sparging or a blast of air for drying. Air drying is great option for cleaning bottles that are to be filled with oils.

Like all other Tenco products, this Italian built Semi-Automatic Bottle Rinser is extremely well designed and built with tremendous care to fit & finish for ease of operation and built entirely from AISI 304 Stainless Steel for easy cleaning and many years of dependable use
The rinsing machine is available in 2 versions: either with 2 or with 4 injectors. We can equip the machine with different configurations:

2 rinsing nozzles and 2 air/gas nozzles or 1 rinsing nozzle and 1 air/gas nozzle (see drop down)
Outfitted with Nozzles to fit bottle opening diameters of 12.5mm to 26mm with minimum height of 150mm (Nozzles for smaller or larger bottles available upon request)
Recirculation Pump and stainless steel reservoir tank - 110 Volt 60hz 9 Amp pump motor that comes with waterproof Quick Connect to connect to you can hardwire with to your own power supply/cord
Pump head and impeller are made of 304 stainless steel and will include stainless reservoir tank
Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel for easy cleaning and maintenance
Volume - Up to 800 bottles per hour depending on operator skill level

The machine is equipped with an air unit consisting of 4 elements:

Pressure regulator complete with 5micron filter unit: This unit allows to adjust the air pressure sent to the injectors (adjustable from 0 up to 10 bar, suggested 4-6 µm atm).
Filter element with 0.3micron porosity: it protects the regulator from any oil or condensate traces that may be present in the air supplier of the compressor.
Filter element (extra fine) using a 0.01micron cartridge
Filter element with Carbon Filter for removing odor
Can be connected to inert gas for sparging prior to filling
Compressor for sparging/drying not included - Recommended compressor size: 20Gal. 1.5hp
