Diammonium Phosphate Yeast Nutrient, (NH4)HPO4, is an excellent yeast energizer with nutrients to supplement yeasts for fermentation, especially for meads & musts which need added Nitrogen for strong ferment. Usage is 1/2 to 1 oz. per 5 gallons of wine prior to fermentation.
